This large release with well over 100 wines offers significantly more reds than white wines.

Considering the severity of the 2014 winter, this is a welcome coincidence, but it may also states consumer’s predilection of red wines as their palates become more sophisticated.

Clan Denny 21 Years Old Single Grain 1990, Cameron Bridge Distillery, Scotland
An unusual whisky in that it was distilled from grains other than malted barley.
Smooth, flavours of cinnamon, vanilla and nuances of caramel.

Distilled and created by Carthusian monks. This distinctive herbal (130 herbs) and medicinal liqueur was first produced in 1764. Only three monks know the whole recipe and never travel together.
Unique in colour and appearance and taste this liqueur must be experienced and appreciated after a fine meal to help the digestive process.
High in alcohol, but absolutely delightful in texture and flavour.
